Business Sponsorship Opportunities

Dear Prospective Sponsor,

We would first like to thank you in advance for taking time out of your busy schedule to read this
letter. Rugby is one of the fastest growing sports throughout our country, and even the world. We are an
established rugby club in the Des Moines area who are strongly in support of offering men and women
an opportunity to be involved in athletics beyond high school and college. Our team strives to create
meaningful connections across the Midwest, inspire acceptance, and cultivate a culture where everyone
can be their best selves.

We are offering an opportunity to local businesses like yours to become team sponsors. Your
contribution will be targeted exclusively to lessen the growing costs of the team, enabling members to
participate in training programs, tournament fees, travel costs, field maintenance, equipment, and
hosting home games and tournaments. There are several levels of sponsorship, and any amount is
greatly appreciated. The levels are:

MVP - $2,000.00
Platinum - $1,000.00 and up
Gold - $500 - $999
Silver - $250 - $499
Bronze - $249 and below

We are continuing to increase our online presence with over 4,200 social media followers from all over
the Midwest. All sponsors will be promoted throughout the year on our social media outlets such as
Facebook and Instagram, so any social media presence you have will be shared/linked on our social
media posts. Please see the section below, “Sponsorship Level Breakdown”, for further benefits of being a
2024 Des Moines Rugby Sponsor along with some additional opportunities.

An undertaking of this magnitude can only be successful with the help of businesses and people like
you, and we greatly appreciate any support we can receive. We are excited to see the future growth of
