About Match

The Des Moines Rugby Club took on the Northwest Woodsmen in front of an enthusiastic crowd at the Des Moines Rugby clubhouse. The contest started off quickly with Des Moines taking in two tries and conversions in the first five minutes of play. The Woodsmen struck back with a breakaway run from the Des Moines 5-meter line, but that did little to swing the momentum in their favor. The rest of the match was all Des Moines. Aggressive scoring and rolling substitutions allowed for the club to have a lot of players see the pitch. Congratulations, men!
